PORTLAND - T. Douglas Jordan Jr., 57, of Dunkirk, N.Y., formerly of Portland, N.Y., died unexpectedly, Monday, Nov. 4, 2013, at Brooks Memorial Hospital of Dunkirk. Doug was born on Feb. 26, 1956, in Dunkirk, N.Y., the son of Trenholm D. and Mary W. (Williams) Jordan Sr. of Portland, N.Y.
When he was younger he worked on the family farm in Portland and most recently had been employed by The Resource Center in Dunkirk. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to make people laugh and smile.
Besides his parents, Tren and Mary Jordan of Portland, Doug is also survived by his two sisters: Nancy Schuster and her husband Jim of Westfield, N.Y., and Teresa Jordan and her hus-band Rick Allmendinger of Ithaca, N.Y.; and by his brother, Michael Jordan and his wife Marion of Portland, N.Y. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.
Friends may call on Friday afternoon, Nov. 8, 2013, from 1-2 p.m. at the MASON Funeral Home, 37 Clinton St., Westfield, N.Y.
All other services will be private.
Private burial will be in Portland Evergreen Cemetery.
