JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Lloyd Delahoy, 55, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and speed in zone on Thursday at 12:47 a.m. Jamestown officers allegedly observed a vehicle traveling at an excessive speed across the Third Street bridge. Delahoy was intoxicated and arrested. He will appear in court at a later date.
Terrance Thomas, 55, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, obstructing governmental administration, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to signal turn on Thursday at 11:13 a.m. After an officer stopped Thomas for failing to signal turn, he allegedly exited the vehicle and refused to show the officer his hands as he kept them concealed in his vest pockets. He finally showed his hands and was taken to the ground and into custody without further incident, police said. Thomas was found to be operating a vehicle with an expired registration and his with a revoked drivers license, police said. He was also in possession of a pair of metal knuckles and a small amount of oxycodone. Thomas was transported to Jamestown City Jail.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Aaron Miller, 19, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. Miller allegedly kept calling and texting another subject, threatening to harm to them. He was arraigned in Ellicott Court and was released on own recognizance to be back in on a later date.
Sarah Nickerson, 32, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny on Wednesday. Nickerson allegedly left Wegmans with $95.19 worth of merchandise without paying. Ellicott Police were able to find her and issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Court at a later date.
