AAUW Learns About The Business Of Ball

The AAUW Jamestown Branch recently hosted its AAUW District One meeting at the Tropicana Room of the Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz Center. Members from AAUW Jamestown, Buffalo and Dunkirk/Fredonia branches gathered to hear Journey Gunderson, executive director of the Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz Center for Comedy, talk about Lucille Ball's business savvy during her career and four female business owners speak about their experiences in starting and owning their businesses. Megan Clark, playing "Lucy," performed the "Vitameatavegamin" skit.
