Nancy Martin Currie Moberg, 76, of 130 Superior St., Jamestown, formerly of Plant City, Fla., died peacefully Monday, Oct. 14, 2013, in her home.
A native of Jamestown, she was born Jan. 25, 1937, a daughter of the late Ralph and Margaret Lundine Martin Sr.
She was a 1955 graduate of Jamestown High School.
Prior to relocating to Florida she was employed by Quality Markets and earlier by Ecklof Bakery.
She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Plant City, Fla.
She loved spending time with her family and always enjoyed gardening and knitting.
Surviving are her husband Jack Moberg, whom she married Sept. 4, 1982; six children: Scott (Celeste) Currie of Sugar Grove, Pa., Randy (Mary) Currie of Lakewood, Daniel (Sharon) Currie of Frewsburg, Wendy (Mike) Currie Blechar of Denver, Colo., David (Tina) Currie of West Ellicott and Steve (Patti) Currie of Colorado; three stepchildren: Kathy Moberg of Southport, N.C., Sherry Hijioka of Toledo, Ohio, and Robert Moberg of Milford, Ohio; 18 grandchildren; and 14 greatgrandchildren.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Martin Jr.
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Alan Anderson will officiate.
Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 58 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
