Led by first singles Corrine Cardinale, Maple Grove extended its overall record to 8-4 by beating Falconer (3-5, 3-8), 5-0, in non-league girls tennis on Wednesday.
Cardinale prevailed over Emma Black, 6-1, in the first game, but Black had a 4-1 lead in the second game before Cardinale tied it at 4-4 and then they traded games to make it 6-6.
In the tie-breaker, Cardinale won, 7-2, to claim the match.
Paige Bentham and Morgan Lehman were the other singles winners and Christina Walter-Yuika Suzuki and Meghan Allenson-Sam Hallett were the doubles winners for Maple Grove
