Tammy O'Dell, 46, of Randolph was charged with petit larceny on Monday at 11:35 a.m. O'Dell allegedly stole $40.26 in consumable goods from Tops. She was brought to the Jamestown City Court where she was awaiting arraignment.

Kurtis Anderson, 37, of Jamestown was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana on Saturday at 5:38 p.m. Lakewood-Busti police officers were working a road checkpoint on Route 394 when an officer allegedly located a large amount of marijuana in Anderson's vehicle. Anderson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

Luis Rosa, 48, of Celoron was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or higher, felony DWI, first-degree felony aggravated unlicensed operation, moving from lane unsafely, driving across hazard markings and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child Sunday at 7:08 p.m. Deputies observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane and driving across hazard markings on Dunham Avenue in Celoron. Rosa was found to be intoxicated with a passenger in his vehicle under the age of 15 years old, police said. He was also found to have a suspended driver's license for a previous alcohol-related offense, arraigned in Ellicott Town Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
Ann Janowsky, 56, of Bemus Point was charged with second-degree harassment on Sunday at 2 p.m. She was given an appearance ticket.
Matthew Harrison, 35, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault and trespassing on Saturday at 3:50 p.m. He was given an appearance ticket.
Casey Crane, 20, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny on Friday at 2 p.m. He was issued an appearance ticket.
Joshua Eckert, 32, of Frewsburg was charged with second-degree harassment on Thursday at 3:29 p.m.. He was issued an appearance ticket.
Shannon Grover, 31, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny on Sunday at 4:34 p.m. She was given an appearance ticket.
The Pennsylvania State Police are currently investigating an incident where unknown actors obtained a victim's prepaid credit card account information and used the card to make approximately $2,267.64 in purchases in South America.
