Ricky A. Sikes, 53, of Kennedy, passed away Thursday (Sept. 26, 2013), in WCA Hospital.
A lifelong area resident, he was born March 17, 1960, in Jamestown, the son of Gordon H. Sikes and Beverly E. Case Anderson.
He was a 1978 graduate of Falconer Central School, and had been employed at several car dealerships.
Ricky was a social member of the Randolph Veterans of Foreign Wars, and enjoyed socializing with family and friends. He was a sports enthusiast and was a proud fan of the Buffalo Bills.
Surviving are two daughters: Brooke Sikes and Jenna Sikes, both of Jamestown; a grand-daughter, Cadence Shelley; his mother, Beverly Anderson of Falconer; half-brother, Craig Anderson of Randolph; and half-sister, Kim Kahanic of Falconer.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gordon H. Sikes and step-father, Thomas H. Anderson.
The family will have a private funeral service and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
