Emergency personnel from the Jamestown Police Department and the New York State Police spent the better part of the day Thursday processing a working methamphetamine lab at 19 Crossman St.
At 9 a.m., JPD officers assisting New York State Parole officers came across what appeared to be a working meth lab.
Officers secured the area and investigators from the state police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team were called in to assist in the investigation and secure the lab itself.
City and state police raid a Crossman Street home Thursday.

Officers were joined by the Jamestown Fire Department at the scene and remained there until Thursday evening.
Charges are pending further investigation and more details will be released when they become available to the Jamestown Police.
