As we come to the end of what many call the "tourist season" in Bemus Point, there are many folks who should be recognized for helping to make the village a destination place in Chautauqua County. Two of those people are the custodians of the village - Jerry Adams and Bill Reynolds. These men spend untold hours cleaning up after the crowds, manicuring our village lawns, and, keeping Bemus a village of which we can all be proud.
Absent the crowds of summer, their work will continue throughout the fall leaf removal season and the sidewalk snow removal of winter until our Camelot returns again next summer.
If you see these men working in Bemus, please give them a wave of the hand or a tip of your hat. They certainly deserve it.
