David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following sentences in Chautauqua County Court in front of the Hon. John T. Ward.
Jermaine L. Fann, 27, of 61 California St., Buffalo, was sentenced to four years in state prison with three years post-release supervision for first-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Timothy J. Odebralski, 44, of 9 N. Pangolin St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to 3 years in state prison with five years post-release supervision for second-degree attempted burglary.
James D. Surrena, 43, of 1067 E. Second St., Apt. 3, Jamestown, was sentenced to one year in jail, 36 months ignition interlock device and a one year driver's license revocation for felony DWI.
Natalie E. Potthoff, 26, of 8848 Station Road, North East, Pa., was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to pay restitution of $16,500 for third-degree grand larceny.
Monserrate I. Silva, 20, of 107 S. Beaver St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to five years probation and four months of weekend work release program for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
William D. Buchanan, 33, of 824 Prendergast Ave., Jamestown, was sentenced to one year in jail for third-degree assault.
