The 68th reunion of the Jamestown High School 1945 graduating class was held recently at the Chautauqua Lake Yacht Club.
Harry Glatz was the emcee. Gladys Peterson gave the treasurer's report and led in the class pep song. Gladys Morse led in a memorial for the deceased and noted that out of a class of 288 - the smallest graduating class at JHS - they have lost 207.
Joyce Kidd Johnson read comments from those who couldn't attend.

Richard Sandquist and Virginia Lind conducted Bingo with white elephants given as prizes.
Gale Peterson read a humorous poem on old age.
Thanks was given to Betty Kelly for table arrangements, given to those who celebrated their birthday in August. Virginia Lind announced that members will meet at Alfie's for lunch at noon on Thursday, Sept. 12. The class closed with lustingly singing the pep song(Purdue marching song) again.
