Witnesses told police the red Chevrolet sedan may have been racing another vehicle at the time of the crash.
"We've heard a mention of possible racing, so we'll be looking into that further," Jamestown police Sgt. Scott Franzen said at the scene.
One of the male occupants in the sedan was taken by Starflight helicopter to Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pa; the other male was taken to WCA Hospital by Alstar Ambulance.
Police are continuing their investigation. The identities of the occupants and the severity of their injuries were not immediately known Tuesday.
