District Attorney David W. Foley, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court.
Jahmaul W. Johnson, 40, of 11 N. Gazelle St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to 1 year in jail for third-degree assault consecutive to 6 months in jail for endangering the welfare of a child.
Anthony Ford, 40, of 1414 E. 2nd St., No. 4, Jamestown, was sentenced to 1 year in jail for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Thomas A. Capitano, 27, of 393 Lein Road, Buffalo, was sentenced to 5 years probation, a $2,000 fine and 60 months ignition interlock device for felony DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Vickie L. Pfleuger, 43, of 4 Ulrich Drive, Cassadaga, was sentenced to time served in jail, 5 years probation and $50,750 restitution for third-degree grand larceny.
Lynette R. Anderson, 39, of 3 Wisner St., Ripley, was sentenced to 5 years probation and restitution for second-degree forgery.
Gary Kum, 24, of 115 Barrows St., Jamestown, was sentenced to 5 years probation and 6 months driver's license suspension for third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Chris A. Pope, 49, of 4 Ulrich Park Drive, Cassadaga, was sentenced to 5 years probation and restitution for first-degree offering a false instrument for filing.
Jeffrey L. Rowe, 51, of 3610 Straight Road, Fredonia, was sentenced to a 1 year conditional discharge, 12 months ignition interlock device, $1,000 fine and 6 months driver's license revocation for misdemeanor DWI.
Darrel R. Tremplay, 42, of 213 Ermin St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to 92 days in jail, 1 year conditional discharge, a $2,000 fine and 6 months driver's license revocation for misdemeanor DWI.
Jeffrey F. Scheda, 29, of 72 Buffalo St., Silver Creek, was sentenced to a $2,000 fine and 3 years conditional discharge for felony DWI.
