LITTLE VALLEY- Cattaraugus County Bank officials recently promoted Lynn Stefanik, a CCB employee who formerly worked at the bank's South Dayton location, to retail loan specialist working primarily at the main office in Little Valley.
As retail loan specialist, Stefanik will be responsible for assisting retail loan applicants in the areas of mortgage loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, home improvement loans and installment loans. She will also be assisting with loan training and development of new retail loan products.
"Lynn has been with CCB since we acquired our South Dayton branch back in late 2004," said Laurie O'Leary, CCB vice president and human resources officer. "She has proven herself to be a valuable asset to the bank, originally as both a teller and a new account representative. With both of those retail roles mastered, she began touching on loans. Toward the end of last year, we were in need of help in our retail lending area in the main office so we summoned Lynn to help. She is a wonderful addition to the loan department. She learns quickly, is efficient and is great with our potential loan customers."
