SOUTH VALLEY - Police believe a Falconer man suffered a medical emergency when he crashed his motorcycle Monday morning in Cattaraugus County.
State police could not confirm the identity of the victim by press time, but only that he was pronounced dead at the scene by Coroner Howard T. VanRensselaer. The accident occurred on Bone Run Road, between Little Bone Run Road and West Bank Perimeter Road, in the town of South Valley.
Frewsburg firefighters were alerted around noon of the motorcycle crash with its rider not breathing and CPR being performed.
A Falconer man, according to police, died Monday morning while riding his motorcycle in Cattaraugus County. Police believe the rider may have suffered a medical emergency prior to the crash.

State Police on scene said it appeared the operator abruptly veered from the roadway into a ditch. "It seems he may have had some problems while he was riding," said Sgt. Richard Kota.
