The Jamestown Savings Bank Arena will be offering youth soccer and football skills camps this summer.
The first of two soccer camps - which will focus on fundamentals and be tailored to participants based on age and skill level - is scheduled for July 15-19, while the second will run concurrently with the football camp on Aug. 5-9.
The soccer camps will feature instructor Sean Summerville, a Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) player from Rochester who played NCAA Division 1 soccer at Syracuse University. He also spent time in England and the Premier Developmental League.
Most recently, Summerville was with the Chicago Soul of the MISL and has signed with the Rochester Lancers.
With a 9 a.m. check-in time, the July 15-19 camp will be held from 9:30-11:30 and 1:30-3:30 p.m., with a lunch recess in between.
The Aug. 5-9 soccer camp, meanwhile, will be from 9-11 a.m., and 1-2:30 p.m., also with a lunch scheduled between sessions.
The football camp's instructional sessions will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and 2:30-4 p.m.
Coaches and instructors for the football camp will be named later.
