Jeffrey T. Chandler Jr., 35, of Cleveland, Ohio, formerly of Jamestown, died Friday (June 7, 2013), at his residence of natural causes.
He was born July 20, 1977, in Jamestown, the son of Jeffrey Todd Chandler Sr. and Cynthia Chandler Widrig.
He had attended Jamestown High School, and had been employed at Steve's Auto in Cleveland, as well as various businesses in the Jamestown area.
Jeff was a loving and caring person with a special love for his grandmother. He had a great sense of humor, loved to cook, and go camping. He was a big man with a big heart.
Jeff was survived by his father, Jeffery Todd (Kim) Chandler Sr. of Aberdeen, N.C.; and his mother, Cynthia (Ronald) Widrig of Jamestown; a sister, Jennifer Chandler of Hilton Head Island, S.C.; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and his longtime friend, Tina Pryll of Cleveland.
Services will be private. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday in the Peterson Funeral Home, Frewsburg.
Because of his love for dogs, memorials may be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, NY 14701.
