Martial Arts Medals Winners

These members of Kebort's Karate Tigers at the Jamestown YMCA won awards at the 38th annual Battle of Columbus Martial Arts World Games in Columbus, Ohio. Chief instructor Christina Kebort, left, won a gold medal in Master Black Belt Forms and Sparring, making her a five-time world champion. She also received the Outstanding Leadership Award. Nick Rickerson, center, won a gold medal for his first world title in Advanced Men's Forms, a silver medal in Men's Black Belt Weapons and a bronze medal in Men's Advanced Sparring. He also received the Outstanding Support award. Kathleen Morrison, right, won a bronze medal in Senior Black Belt Women Sparring. She also received a Spirit Award.
