A Jamestown man was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail after police said he displayed a switchblade knife to an employee at Domino's Pizza on Saturday evening.
Police charged Jason A. Gallo, 31, with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and menacing after responding at 2 p.m. to the restaurant, 936 E. Second St. Officers learned Gallo allegedly displayed the switchblade knife to a female employee as he leaned over the counter, causing her to become very alarmed.
According to a police report, the knife handle resembled a pistol.
Gallo was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail. He was later arraigned in city court and remanded to County Jail.
