Kay R. Schreck, 70, of 15 W. Tenth St., died at 3:48 p.m. Wednesday (May 22, 2013), in WCA Hospital.
She was born Nov. 19, 1942, in Jamestown, the daughter of Harold Schreck and J. Vivian McGee Olson.
Prior to retiring, she had been employed as a certified nursing assistant at the Lutheran Home, the former Fenton Park Nursing Home, and the Visiting Nursing Association. In earlier years, she had worked at the Truck Lite Co.
She was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Jamestown Lodge 1681, where she had served as senior regent, and had worked at the bingo games. She had also been a member of the former Puerto Rican Social Club.
She enjoyed crocheting, using her computer and shopping, but most of all loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are her children: Scott Millonzi of Washington State, Rosa L. (George) Lamper of Warren, Pa., and Angel M. (Renee) Bristol Jr. of Jamestown; four grandchildren: Cris-tofer J. Bristol-Johnson of North Carolina, Jenna R. Bristol of Jamestown, Morgan E. Lamper of Frewsburg and Andreas M. Bris-tol of Jamestown; three great-grandchildren: Ryan, Kayla and Jayda Eddy; and her significant other, Hector Rodriguez, with whom she had made her home for the past 30 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters: Barbara and Carol; and by an uncle, Raymond McGee.
