Willard Hebner Sr., 70, of Youngsville, Pa., passed away Friday, May 17, 2013, at the Warren General Hospital.
Willard was born Sept. 2, 1942, in Wrightsville, Pa., a son of the late Herman Hebner Sr. and Jennie Smith Hebner Loomis. He worked as an auto body man and mechanic for many years in the area and enjoyed gardening and planting flowers.
He is survived by a daughter, Jennifer (Brad) Wilkins of Erie; two sons: Ryan (Liz) Hebner, also of Erie, and Willard Hebner Jr., of Youngsville; four sisters: Catherine Cressley, Marian (Bill) Paquin, Bonnie (Bob) Dell and Dorothy Mead; and a brother, George (Anne) Hebner, one granddaughter and four grandsons.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers: Her-man Jr., Donald, Richard and Virgil Hebner; and his stepfather, Alfred Loomis.
Friends will be received at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 N. Main St., Youngsville, PA 16361 on Tuesday from 10 a.m. till noon, at which time a funeral service will be held with the Rev. Amery Brenly, pastor of the South side Baptist Church in Erie, officiating. Burial will be in the River-side Cemetery in Pittsfield.
