A former Moose Lodge 1681 administrator was sentenced to five years probation and restitution for third-degree grand larceny Monday.
Walter L. Conkright Jr., 46, of Forest Avenue, Jamestown, served as an administrator at the Jamestown Moose between 2006 and 2011 and allegedly took more than $3,000 but less than $50,000 from the lodge.
New York State Racing and Wagering investigators had conducted numerous interviews and audits on the lodge, discovering more than $100,000 that couldn't be found.

Chauncey Robinson, 27, of 23 Barrows St., Jamestown, was sentenced to a determinate term of four years in state prison with two years post-release supervision for two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Jose J. Ruiz Jr., 25, formerly of Dunkirk, was sentenced to 2 years in state prison with one year post-release supervision for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Alexander J. Jewell, 21, of 16 Price St., Jamestown, was sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation for second-degree assault.
Clarence T. Curtis, 65, of 723 S. Main St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to five years probation for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Dean John Nelipowitz, 44, of 219 Courtland Ave., Buffalo, was sentenced to five years probation, a $2,000 fine, ignition interlock and one year driver's license revocation for felony driving while intoxicated.
Clifford Latta, 39, of 34 S. Erie St., Mayville, was sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge with restitution for fourth-degree criminal mischief.
