BUSTI - The 2014 racing season will start on Sunday for Stateline Speedway with a car show at the track followed by a test and tune session on the speedway.
The car show, originally scheduled for the streets of Sugar Grove, had to be moved to the speedway because of scheduling conflicts so a practice session was added to the event. The pit gate will open at 1:30 p.m. for those cars participating in the practice session and cars not participating in practice may pit outside the pit gate.
The car show will run from 2 to 4 p.m. and practice will be from 4 to 7 p.m.
Their will be no charge for the show or to watch the practice session. A $10 pit fee will be charged for those participating in the practice.
Race teams are encouraged to bring their transponders and raceceivers so they can be tested.
Track concessions will not be open.
