The Chautauqua County Antique Equipment Association will hold its April business meeting at a special location - the Busti Historical Society Museum meeting room - at 7 p.m. Tuesday. The meeting will be preceded by a tour of the adjacent newly restored historic Grist Mill at 6 p.m. The mill and museum are at the Busti Historical Society grounds at 3443 Lawson Road or the south edge of Busti hamlet at the end of Mill Street.
The May 11 Plow Day at Stockton and the Aug. 17-18 annual Antique Equipment Show also at the Association grounds in Stockton will be among the matters discussed.
The public is welcome at the meeting. Individual memberships are available at $7 per year or $10 family. The association is made up of collectors and enthusiasts of antique, obsolete and curious tractors, stationary engines, farm, industrial and shop equipment, electrical devices, tools and earlier technology in general. The group has sponsored an annual show for the enjoyment and education of the public since 1975.
