Leonora M. Feltner, 86, formerly of Jamestown, California and Ohio, died Tuesday April 9, 2013, in Golden Living-Kinzua.
She was born Oct. 24, 1926, in Farmersville, N.Y., a daughter of the late Leo and Katherine Ackerman Ellis.
She was a graduate of Lakewood High School.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed by Esquire Cleaners as a presser and seamstress.
For several years she enjoyed bowling in various leagues.
Surviving is a daughter and four grandchildren in California: and three sisters: Naomi Pangborn and Wilhelmina "Toots" (Jack) Bargar, both of Jamestown and Carol Holechek of Elmira.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Feltner; and two brothers: Leo Ellis Jr. and Carlton Ellis.
The funeral will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday in Christ Chapel of the Lutheran Home. The Rev. Violet Davidson will officiate.
Burial will be in Busti Cemetery.
Friends will be received prior from noon to 12:30 p.m. Friday in the chapel prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
