Jammers Move

March 29, 2013
The Post-Journal

A story in Thursday's edition of The Post-Journal incorrectly attributed Pat O'Conner, the president and chief executive officer of Minor League Baseball, and New York-Penn League president Ben Hayes as the source of information that the Jamestown Jammers may move to Morgantown, W.V. O'Conner and Hayes never mentioned the Jammers as a possibility for relocation. The Times West-Virginian newspaper mentioned Jamestown as a city that could lose its New York-Penn League team. A story in the March 26 edition of the Pittsburgh Tribune states Jamestown has applied to relocate its team to Morgantown.
