TOPS NY 721 Jamestown met Feb. 14. Twenty-five members weighed in and best losers were Nancy Shelters, TOPS, and Mary Dooley, KOPS. Prize winners were Beth Bundy, Jackie Anderson and Donna Borst. Punch card winners were Carol Kirkpatric, Beth Bundy and Cathy Bossler.
The thought was that the secret to permanent weight loss and ending emotional eating is to lead a joy-filled life and a mindful one.
Eight members weighed in on Feb. 21. Robin Bowen was the TOPS best loser and received free dues. Donna Jean Borst, Kirkpatrick and Bundy were prize winners. Connie Fahey was a contest winner.
Kirkpatrick was the TOPS best loser on March 7. Shelters received free dues. Prize winners were Bundy and Imogene Truax.
The thought was that attitude is our best friend and worst enemy. A strong positive attitude will create more miracles than any wonder drug.
Best losers on March 14 were Bowen, TOPS, who also received free dues and Diane Anderson, KOPS. Ann Kroon and Barb Linza were prize winners. Bernie Jones was the dime contest winner. Pat Smith presented a program on avocados.
