William "Captain Bill" Borgstrom, 65, of Portland, N.Y., passed away on Feb. 13, 2013, at his home.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service and luncheon given in his memory and his honor on Saturday, March 23, 2013, from 1-4 p.m. at the Brocton American Legion John W. Dill Post 434, 110 W. Main St., Brocton, N.Y.
