Jeffrey R. Scott, 52, of Peru, Ind., died March 16 at Community Howard Hospital, Kokomo, Ind., under Hospice care.
He was born Nov. 25, 1960, in Jamestown, N.Y., son of Robert C. and Janet Kruse Scott.
Jeffrey was a 1978 graduate of Montville High School, Montville, Conn.
He was employed for 20 years by Cantwell Machinery Co.
He enjoyed spending time with his son collecting and restoring antique engines.
In addition to his parents of Jamestown, he is survived by his wife of 16 years, Pamela Wolf Scott, and his son, Samuel Scott, both of Peru, Ind.; a sister, Susan (Paul) Benvenuto, Melbourne Beach, Fla.; niece, Lindsey (Michael) Verest, Fairfax, Va.; nephew, Philip Benvenuto, Melbourne Beach, Fla.; great-nephew, Gavin Verest; uncles: Charles Kruse of Bemus Point, and Richard Scott of San Diego; cousins: Donald, Deborah and Randal Kruse, and Katherine, David and Margaret Scott.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Gunnard and Martha Kruse, and his paternal grandparents, Robert and Sylvia Joyce Scott.
