Jeffrey Thomas is seeking a second term as village justice in the village of Westfield. Thomas has been endorsed by the Democratic Party and Westfield First Independent Party.
Thomas has been employed by Chautauqua Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Council as a community educator for the last 15 years. Prior to that, he was employed by Raynor Chrysler-Plymouth-Jeep in Westfield for 10 years. Thomas earned his associate degree in human services from Jamestown Community College. He also recently earned a nationally recognized certificate for Offender Workforce Development Specialist in Jacksonville, Fla.
Thomas has been a resident of the village of Westfield for the last 21 years. He has been active in the community through various activities as a volunteer for the Westfield Little League as coach and umpire as well as serving on its board. Thomas enjoys attending services at Lakeshore Assembly of God in Westfield. He is an avid golfer and has participated in many local charity tournaments.
Thomas has served as the village justice for the last four years and he says that experience has made him realize the time and commitment necessary to successfully serve the community.
Thomas says he feels he is uniquely qualified to serve the citizens of Westfield fairly and sincerely.
