Son of the late John and Katherine Blodgett Fredrickson; brother of Cynthia Casey of Fredonia; stepbrother of Patricia Payton of California and the late Nancy Barkstrom; uncle of Taunya Metzler of Rochester and Joseph Casey of Fredonia; great-uncle of Camden and Leiland Metzler.
