Richard and Marianne Connell announce the engagement of thier daughter, Lisa Hallett Silliman, to Chad VanGuilder, the son of Shirley Ackley Mosier of Irving, N.Y., and Clem VanGuilder of Youngsville, Pa.
Miss Silliman is a 1998 graduate of Falconer Central School, and is employed by Warren State Hospital. Her fiance is a graduate of Frewsburg Central School and Jamestown Community College with an associate of applied science in welding. He is employed by TitanX Inc.
A June 2013 wedding is planned.
