Anna Mae Bartholow Bray

Anna Mae Bartholow Bray, 85, of North East, Pa., died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at her residence.

She was born on June 22, 1927, in King, Pa., to the late Bruce and Lillian Brumbaugh Bartholow.

Anna was formerly employed at Landes Smith Cherry Co. for 30 years, Den Dressing and Rich Foods.

She was a member of South Ripley United Methodist Church.

Anna enjoyed playing cards, bowling and making candy for her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Bray, whom she married Sept. 10, 1960; sisters: Mary Margaret Mong, Violet Souders and Alma Jean Perdue.

Anna is survived by her nieces: Judy Angleotti of Placentia, Calif., Jeanette (David) Keem of Erie, Sandy (Daniel) Kochanowski and Darlene Meeder, both of South Ripley, N.Y.; and several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and step-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 S. Lake St., North East, on Saturday at noon until time of service at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Jeff Rotunda of South Ripley United Methodist Church, will of-ficiate. Private interment at Quincy Cemetery.
