KENNEDY, N.Y. - Cindy J. Shaver, 65, of Mud Creek Road, Ken-nedy, N.Y., passed away unexpectedly at 8:50 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, in WCA Hospital.
She was born April 21, 1947, in Jamestown, the daughter of the late Walter "Baldy" and Margaret Brown Baldwin.
She attended Randolph Central School, and was active in planning many reunions for the class of 1965.
Cindy retired from Truck Lite in Falconer, and had worked earlier for Crescent Tool and Davidson's in Jamestown.
She enjoyed her critters, camping, the great outdoors, drawing, painting and photography. She especially loved her family, friends and neighbors.
She was a member of the Randolph American Legion Auxiliary Unit 181 and the Randolph Rod and Gun Club. She was a former member of the Randolph Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 2273.
Cindy is survived by her companion of 26 years; Joseph H. Chubb; two daughters: Joanna Sund-quist and husband, Edward, of Jamestown, and Nicole Shaver of Syracuse; two sons: Paul Shaver and wife, Julie, of Hilton, N.Y., and Brian Shaver of Jamestown; and four grandsons: Charles Sundquist, Christo-pher Shaver, Gregory Shaver and Logan Shaver.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband Paul Shaver on March 2, 1986.
