CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

JAMESTOWN - Richard G. Mason, 52, was charged with misusing food stamps. Police said from March 2012 through May 2012, Mason received $501 in SNAP/food stamps benefits that he was not entitled to receive. Police said Mason failed to report that a subject active on his case had moved out of his residence. He is scheduled to appear in Jamestown city court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

Victoria N. Bradberry was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a damaged windshield. Police on Wednesday at 3:44 p.m. conducted a traffic stop at Buffalo and Newton streets. Bradberry gave police a false name, and was found to have an outstanding warrant from the city of Jamestown. She is awaiting arraignment.
