Rex and Laurie Johnson of Watts Flats, N.Y. announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Lynn, to Thomas Froman, the son of George and Bonnie Froman of Kissimmee, Fla.
Miss Johnson is a graduate of Panama Central School, and is employed by the Chautauqua County Highway Department.
