The Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys & Girls Club of Jamestown will offer special youth activity hours on Monday in celebration of the Presidents Day holiday
The club will be open from noon to 5 p.m. for all area children and teens ages 5 through 17, and 18 if still in high school.
Activities will include gym games, arts and crafts, computers, game rooms and swimming. Youth free swim will be held from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Adult open swimming and weight room will be available from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday with adult open gym available from 7 a.m. to noon. No youth or adult swim classes will be held.
The Boys & Girls Club will also be open from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday for the Jamestown Public School in-service day for children in kindergarten through eighth grades. All program areas will be open and a free swim will be offered from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
On Tuesday all regularly scheduled adult and youth activities will take place as usual including swim lessons and flag football.
Lunch will be served during the afternoon on both days. Lunches or snacks may also be brought from home and kept in the office with any money or valuables. Refrigeration is available if needed.
Admission will be free for all Boys & Girls Club youth members. There will be a $1 a day admission fee charged for non-members. Locker space is available for coats, backpacks, etc. Padlocks may be brought from home but may not be left on lockers overnight.
