CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
LITTLE VALLEY - Stephen Spicola, 23, of Broadway Road was charged with violating parole. Deputies on Monday at 4:45 p.m. charged Spicola stemming from a warrant issued from Cattaraugus County Court. He was jailed pending further court action.
LITTLE VALLEY - Donald N. Michener, 50, of South Court Street was charged with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct. Deputies on Monday at 9:33 p.m. charged Michener following a domestic incident. He was arraigned in Little Valley Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.
