Steven Spielberg's historical drama, "Lincoln" will be presented at the Reg Lenna Civic Center three times during the weekend before Presidents Day. During President Lincoln's tumultuous final months in office, he pursues a course of action to end the Civil War, unite the country and abolish slavery.
The movie, starring Daniel Day-Lewis, will show on Friday at 8:20 a.m. This showing is open to the general public and scheduled for local high school students to attend. Tickets for this performance are $5 each for students and patrons. Teachers accompanying classes will be admitted free of charge. Reservations for this showing can be made by calling 484-7070.
Evening screenings will be on Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. General admission tickets for evening performances are $7. High school students showing school identification will be admitted for $5.
"Lincoln" is rated PG-13 and runs for 150 minutes.
