Mr. and Mrs. David G. Bargar of Lakewood, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Elizabeth, to William Allen Evans III, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Evans of Lakewood, N.Y.
Miss Bargar is a 2003 graduate of Southwestern Central High School and a 2007 graduate of Elon University, in Elon, N.C. She is employed by M&T Bank in Falconer, N.Y. Her fiance is a 1993 graduate of Southwestern High School, a 1998 graduate of Boston College in Boston, Mass., and a 2003 graduate of Cornell Law School. He is employed by Phillips Lytle, LLP in Jamestown, N.Y.
A Sept. 14, 2013, wedding is planned.
