FORESTVILLE - Jenna Einink scored 19 points and had 11 rebounds to pace the Chautauqua Lake Lady Thunderbirds (13-0, 9-0) past the Forestville Lady Hornets (6-9, 2-7) , 61-34, in Division 3 girls basketball on Monday.
Einink added four assists, six steals and four blocks in the win while Ashton Albanesius added 11 points. Chautauqua Lake used a 22-4 first quarter to build a commanding 35-12 halftime lead.
Rachel Szumigala added 14 points and 10 rebounds in defeat for the Lady Hornets while Jessica Makuch added four points and two rebounds.

PINE VALLE TOPS MG
SOUTH DAYTON - The Pine Valley Lady Panthers (5-3, 7-6) made four of their six 3-pointers in the first quarter en route to a 48-32 win over the Maple Grove Lady Dragons (6-3, 8-7).
Pine Valley outscored Maple Grove, 19-8, in the opening frame.
"We just came out and played solid defense," Pine Valley coach Tim Nobles said. "We hit some shots, plain and simple."
Kaitlyn Hoth, Kayla Mansfield, and Alex Bentham scored eight points each to lead the Lady Panthers. Mansfield also led Pine Valley with six rebounds while Bentham added four steals and five assists. Jaime Wilcox tallied four points and five rebounds for Pine Valley.
On the losing side, Lauren Nickerson had 12 points and 10 rebounds to lead Maple Grove.
