Stephan and Robin Santoroski announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Patricia Proper, to Brent Michael Smith, the son of Kenneth and Ann Smith.
Miss Proper is a 2001 high school graduate and earned degrees in English liberal arts and early childhood development. She is employed by Braendel Inc. of Erie, Pa. Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of Warren County Christian School in Youngsville, Pa. He is employed by D.R. Wheeler Design of McKean, Pa., and owns Sundback Builders of Spartansburg, Pa.
An Aug. 3, 2013, wedding is planned at Oak Alley Farms in Garland, Pa.
