SOUTH DAYTON - Lacey Clark's excellent second play in the second half keyed Dunkirk to a non-league girls basketball win over Pine Valley on Saturday.
Clark scored 18 of her 23 points, including 4-for-5 from the foul line, and grabbed 15 rebounds with most of them coming in the second half as Dunkirk (6-2, 9-4) beat Pine Valley (4-3, 6-7), 47-43.
The Lady Marauders went on a 30-22 run in the second half to overcome a 18-17 halftime deficit in sweeping the season's series.
With Clark leading the way, Dunkirk out rebounded the Lady Panthers, 36-30. Kayla Mansfield had nine for Pine Valley.

Mansfield led the Lady Panthers with 14 points and tied teammate Laura Killock with five steals. Alex Bentham and Kaleigh Brunswick had three assists in the loss with Brunswick also having nine points.
