Cindy Lou Brown-Horner, 49, of Panama, N.Y., and formerly of Warren, Pa., died at her residence, Thursday evening, Jan. 24, 2013.
She was born Aug. 15, 1963, in Warren, Pa., and was a 1981 graduate of Eisenhower High School. She has resided for the past three years in Panama, and resided most of her life in the Sugar Grove, Pa. area.
She was a lifelong animal lover, she enjoyed gar-dening, and was very artis-tic. Cindy Lou was a member of the Starbrick Community Church, and will be missed be all who knew her.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Siliano Highhouse and her stepfather, Fred Highhouse of Starbrick, Pa.; four children: Scott Brown and wife, Wanda, of Pittsburgh, Pa., Sean Brown, Shane Horner and Austin Horner, all of Sugar Grove, Pa.; two sis-ters: Carol McMillen of Warren, Pa., and Cathy Ostrom of Ashville, N.Y.; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
She was preceded in death by her father, Glen McMillen; and a brother, Chris L. McMillen.
Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East St., Warren, Pa.. on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, from 6-8 p.m., when a funeral and committal service will be conducted at 8 p.m. by the Rev. Donald Wells, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Warren County Memorial Park.
