Kimberly Ann Ruch and Benjamin David Fairbanks announce their engagement.
Miss Ruch is the daughter of Linda Ruch of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late James Ruch. Her fiance is the son of Kenneth Fairbanks of Jamestown, N.Y., and Mary "Molly" Westover of Largo, Fla.
Miss Ruch is a graduate of Southwestern High School and State University at Fredonia. Her fiance is a graduate of Southwestern High School, a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and is serving with the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves. He is employed by Suit Kote of Jamestown.
