SQUIRT MOHL

Three different players scored a pair of goals as the Jamestown Lakers and the Buffalo Bisons played to a 5-5 tie Saturday morning at the Jamestown Savings Bank Arena.

Cooper Spielman had two goals and an assist while Will Turner, Jack Brinkley and Chase Jones also scored for the Lakers, who received assists from Trenton Shutters and Josh Cooper.

Rhonan Kegler scored the first two Bisons' goals and Sam Hollander scored the final two. Jacob Jones added the third goal while Liam MacDonald had an assist.

HOUSE LEAGUE

Jordan Rose had a very productive Saturday morning for Rock Hill Engineering in the Chautauqua County House League.

Rose delivered three goals and two assists as Rock Hill Engineering prevailed over Arby's, 8-5.

Kate Daugharthy recorded the hat trick while Zach Schweiger and Aiden Melquist scored goals for the Rock Engineering, which broke a 4-4 deadlock after two periods with a four-goal final period.

Blade Ellis and Alan Christie delivered two goals for Arby's. Garret Darts, Andrew Telford and Ben Welker had an assist for Arby's.

Collin Melquist was the winning goalie for Rock Hill and Donald Dean was in net for Arby's.
