According to the Jamestown Police Department, at 5:06 p.m. a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Thomas Wight, 48, of Jamestown, heading south on Barrett Avenue struck a 2008 Hyundai Sonata driven by Bryan Hodgson, 25, of Jamestown, as he was heading west on Newland Avenue.

"Both vehicles were towed and both people were injured," said officer Thomas Shea of the Jamestown Police Department. "Bryan Hodgson said that his leg and his hip were sore and Thomas Wight injured the side of his head and his ear was bleeding."
