Big Time Productions, in conjunction with The Post-Journal, will present Chautauqua's Got Talent, beginning next month.
The fourth annual countywide talent competition will be held at The Spire of Jamestown and will run Mondays Feb. 18 through March 18 at 7 p.m. This contest welcomes singers, dancers, magicians, comedians and other performers of all ages to come and compete for at least $500 cash, a website, a promotional press kit and more.
This year's contest will be hosted by local performer and radio personality Matt Warren, who is back by popular demand. Much like the TV show "America's Got Talent," this contest will have a judges' panel that will offer constructive criticism, but the audience will decide the winner.
The first audition will be private at The Spire on Wednesday, Jan. 30, starting at 5:30 p.m. This year the production team has decided to allow online video auditions as well.
