Alexander Carlson scored two goals to pace Southwestern/Maple Grove over arch-rival Jamestown, 5-2, in recent non-league Western New York Club League action.
Carlson scored an unassisted short-handed goal in the first period to get SW/MG started.
The team followed that up with three second-period goals with the first being Curtis Carlson from Branden Decker and Zachary Hammond. Bryce Moyer connected from Decker and Hammond, and Alexander Carlson from Tommy Gerace.
Justin Andriaccio scored two power-play goals for Jamestown.
The first Andriaccio goal was set up by Billy Krywy and Dylan Bergman and the second by Krywy.
Gerace added a third-period goal for SW/MG, assisted by Alexander Carlson.
Noah Weinstein was in goal for SW/MG and Tommy Fales for Jamestown.
