CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPT.

Jacob T. Soggs has been taken to the Chautauqua County Jail after appearing on the Chautauqua County Wanted Persons List for failing to register as a sex offender. Soggs has been removed from the list.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

Henry J. Myers, 43, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 1:07 a.m. Thursday after police were dispatched to a report of an alarm at Blackstone Ultrasonics. Officers found a broken window where someone entered the building. Officers then found Myers a short distance away. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he can be arraigned.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPT.

COLDSPRING - Ryan J. Mighalls, 30, of 4055 Highland Ave., Salamanca, was charged with violating probation at 7:30 p.m. Monday. According to police, two warrants from Erie County had been issued for Mighalls. He was turned over to Erie County authorities and taken to the Erie County Holding Center.
